1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website zufek.com (the "Site"), operated by Dongguan Zufek Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zufek", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Purpose of the site
The Site exists to describe our products, capabilities and services to business customers and to receive inquiries. It is not a point-of-sale platform; no order is placed, and no contract is formed, by submitting a form or sending us an email. Binding agreements are concluded only through separately-signed quotations or contracts.
3. Permitted use
You may access the Site for lawful, non-commercial evaluation of our products and services, and for lawful business inquiries. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or related systems
- Introduce viruses, worms, trojans or other malicious code
- Scrape, mirror or republish Site content without our written consent
- Use automated means to submit inquiries or overwhelm the Site
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the Site in a way that could damage, disable or impair it for other users
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, photographs, videos, software, layout and design — is owned by Zufek or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
The name "Zufek", the Zufek logo, and any related marks are trademarks of Dongguan Zufek Technology Co., Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except to truthfully reference our products.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference. No other licence is granted.
5. Inquiries and confidentiality
When you send us a technical specification, CAD file or other commercially-sensitive information through the Site, we will treat it with reasonable care and use it only to evaluate feasibility and prepare a response. If you require a formal NDA before sharing material, tell us first — we sign mutual NDAs as a matter of course.
You confirm that any information you send is yours to send, does not breach any third-party obligation, and is free of malware.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or security of those sites. Following a link is at your own risk.
7. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability and absence of errors or malicious code.
Technical specifications, photographs and datasheets on the Site are indicative. Final specifications are those issued in a signed quotation or datasheet revision supplied by our sales team.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zufek is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site is capped at one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence or personal injury caused by our negligence).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Zufek harmless from any claim, liability, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
10. Changes to the site and to these terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms when our practices change or when the law requires it. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, unless mandatory local consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
12. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a right at any time is not a waiver of that right.
