Custom Batteries, Engineered Precisely.
Lithium-polymer and lithium-ion solutions for AR/VR, medical, wearable and IoT devices.
Three pillar lines, one quality system.
Polymer pouch for thin form factors, custom-shaped polymer for non-standard envelopes, and coin steel-shell for hermetic, reflow-mountable applications — all manufactured under one ISO 9001 roof.
Polymer Lithium Battery
Pouch cells from 30 mAh to 20 Ah. Standard catalogue and full custom — thin profiles, JST/Molex/FPC connectors, integrated PCM.
Custom-Shaped Polymer
Round, curved, stepped and ultra-thin polymer cells. Send a STEP model — we deliver a feasibility study in 5 working days.
Coin Steel-Shell Lithium
Rechargeable LIR (Li-ion 3.6 V) and ML (Li-MnO₂ 3.0 V) coin cells in hermetic stainless-steel cases. Reflow-mountable for hearing aids, wearables and industrial RTC backup.
Powering the next generation of devices.
Each industry brings its own certifications, abuse profiles and lifecycle expectations — we engineer the cell around them. Swipe through to see where our cells live today.
From inquiry to delivery, in four steps.
Most projects from first call to first samples in 4–6 weeks. Mass production typically follows 8–10 weeks later, after qualification.

Capacity, dimensions, cycle life, certifications, target volume. NDA available before drawings exchange.
5-day feasibility
Our cell engineers return a feasibility note: realistic capacity, cycle-life model, BOM cost, lead time.
Tooling & samples
Tooling and first-article samples in 25-35 days. UN 38.3 test summary shipped with samples.
Mass production
Serial-level traceability, SPC monitoring, IEC 62133 / CE / UL documentation. Air-shipping ready.
5,000 m² of R&D-led manufacturing. ISO 9001 certified.
Three product lines, one engineering culture.
Polymer Li-Po, custom-shaped Li-Po and coin steel-shell lithium cells share a single 5,000 m² site in Dongguan so process knowledge moves freely between R&D and production. Every cell carries an in-line OCV / IR record and a serial number for 10-year traceability.
We're built for high-customisation programs more than for catalogue volume — that's why most of our 100-person team is cell engineers, formation specialists and QC, not assembly-line operators.

Answers from the engineering team.
What is the typical MOQ?
Custom designs typically start at 3,000 pcs. Catalogue cells start at 500 pcs. For NPI samples we accept 50-200 pcs.
How long from RFQ to first sample?
Catalogue items: 3-5 days. Custom designs: 25-35 days from drawing freeze to first samples (includes tooling).
Are your batteries certified for air shipping?
Yes. Every shipment includes a valid UN 38.3 test summary. We air-ship from Hong Kong / Shenzhen with proper IATA labelling and packing.
Do you sign NDAs?
Routinely. We sign mutual NDAs before any drawings or BOM exchange.
Can you support medical-device programs?
Yes — we operate an ISO 13485 documented line with biocompatibility-aligned materials, leakage testing per IEC 60601, and full DHF support.
